4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or was misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must contain:

  • Your full legal name, address, and phone number
  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Site
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district in which the Site may be found if outside the US)
