DMCA Takedown Policy

The Knight King Who Returned With a God complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid takedown notices submitted by copyright holders or their authorized agents.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within a reasonable timeframe.

To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, you must provide the following information in writing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work

   A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list.

2. Identification of the infringing material

   The URL(s) or specific location(s) on the Site where the allegedly infringing content can be found. Please be as specific as possible.

3. Your contact information

   Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement of good faith

   "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

5. A statement of accuracy

   "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

6. Your physical or electronic signature

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent via email. Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" and include all required information listed above.

If you believe your content was removed in error or was misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must contain:

• Your full legal name, address, and phone number
• Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Site
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district in which the Site may be found if outside the US)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA notice
• Your physical or electronic signature

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not make false claims.
